These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lg99 ("lg99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the lg99 website located at https://lg99.ws, including all associated products, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any lg99 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited.

• Palpable errors in pricing — including manifestly incorrect odds — will be voided, and affected stakes returned, regardless of whether the bet has been accepted by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lg99 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud or payment reversal scheme
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure

lg99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency security patching, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

• lg99 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunction, or browser incompatibilities on the user's side.
• lg99 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information found on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional descriptions.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, lg99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, lg99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, where such forfeiture is proportionate to and consequent upon the nature of the breach.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed promptly, and any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

lg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lg99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on your account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.
